Lions Continue to Roll on the Road Against Tampa Bay 


The Lions took their show on the road on Sunday, defeating the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 20-6 as the team’s strong start continues. The win brings the Lions record to 5-1 on the season. 

Jared Goff’s great play from the quarterback position continued as he finished the day with 353 yards and two touchdowns. On the season, Goff has eclipsed 1600 passing yards and has 11 touchdowns to just three interceptions. Stats that have him top five in the league among quarterbacks. 

A week after missing a game due to injury, star wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown returned in a big way, racking up 124 receiving yards and a touchdown. While the defense continued to show why they’re one of the best in the league, picking off Baker Mayfield and giving him his worst performance of the year. 

The Lions face a tough test in quarterback Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens as they look to move to 6-1 on the road on Sunday, October 22nd.
