Kalamazoo Growlers 12, Traverse City Pit Spitters 4

The Kalamazoo Growlers split the series with the Traverse City Pit Spitters after defeating them in the last game 12-4 on Tuesday.

Dylan Freeman (University of Montevallo) had the start on the mound throwing five innings with seven strikeouts and allowed three runs to score. Cole Russo (University of Central Florida) got the Growlers going with a three run home run in the bottom of the first inning. 

Rosso homered again in the third with back to back home runs earning player of the night.

The Northern Lights put on a rare show across Michigan
