A Quick Look Into Home Prices in Traverse City

The housing market in Traverse City has been competitive so far in 2022. Demand in the region has recently outpaced supply, and these trends are reflected in housing prices.

According to Redfin.com, In March 2022, Traverse City home prices were up 21.8% compared to last year, selling for a median price of $432K. 

On average, homes in Traverse City sell after 39 days on the market compared to 55 days last year.
